About the Role: This position exists to provide routine and project maintenance to increase the lifespan and reliability of Mid-States’ production trailers. Key Responsibilities: •    Inspect, evaluate and make minor repairs to yard trailers (Non-DOT) including: •    Replace decking, cross-bracing, gladhands, 5th wheel repair •    Maintain record of trailer inventory log including defects, repair needs and completed repairs. •    Ability to work outdoors year round •    Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or with minimal supervision. •    Comfortable standing, lifting, kneeling, and operating on narrow surfaces up to 10 hours a day.
