Growing firm with offices in multiple states is seeking a Senior Water Wastewater Engineer for their team in South Bend, Indiana!

Responsibilities:

Use technical expertise to serve as a technicalresource, plan and design water and wastewater systems
Business development responsibilities includingidentifying and pursuing strategic targets
Build/maintain client relationships
Meet client expectations through meeting withclients regularly, following company contractual obligations and stayingcurrent on industry trends
Ensure that proposals address all the client's concerns, objectives, and goals
Serve as project manager as needed (directteams to meet budget, schedule, and quality control procedures)
Provide quality control reviews in area of technicalexpertise
Participate in professional organizations andattend industry-related events to promote company capabilities

Requirements:

M.S., B.S. in Environmental, Civil, Chemical,or related engineering degree
12+ years of experience, including workingcollaboratively with clients and design teams
PE License
Established relationships in this market
Proven project management experience deliveringquality work on time and within budget

Salary is commensurate with experience.
