Position Summary |
The Equipment Operator ā Ready Mix is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of yard equipment and concrete plant machinery in support of raw material receiving, storage, and production loading activities. The incumbent performs routine preventive maintenance on plant equipment, monitors material inventory levels, and ensures the yard and plant site are maintained in a clean, organized, and environmentally compliant condition at all times. This position works in close coordination with the Concrete Plant Manager and Dispatch to support uninterrupted production operations. The role contributes directly to product quality, operational readiness, and regulatory compliance at the plant level. |
