Shipping Coordinator

We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Shipping Coordinator to join our team in Greensburg, PA. The Shipping Coordinator will help ensure orders are accurately prepared, processed, tracked, and shipped on time while providing excellent communication to internal teams.Responsibilities Coordinate and process daily outgoing shipments using Fedex/ UPS/ 3rd party systems Prepare shipping labels, packing slips, and other required documentation Schedule carrier pickups and coordinate deliveries Verify order information, quantities, addresses, and shipping details Track shipments and communicate delivery updates Maintain accurate shipping records and documentation Work closely with warehouse, sales, and other AGiRepair team members Keep the shipping area organized and ensure company procedures are followed Assist with other warehouse and shipping-related tasks as neededQualifications: KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED Previous shipping, warehouse, logistics, or customer service experience preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Reliable and punctual Good communication and problem-solving skills Comfortable using computers and basic office software Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Ability to work independently and as part of a team High school diploma or equivalent preferredWhat We Offer Full-time employment Full benefits (medical, vision, dental, retirement plans, paid holidays) Friendly, team-oriented work environment Opportunity to develop skills in shipping, logistics, and operations Opportunities for growth within the companyEOE
