Lead Maintenance Technician

Job Details: Job Location: Corporate Office - SOUTH HILL, VA, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: $20.00 - $35.00Hourly, Qualifications: Certificates & Licenses Must hold a valid Virginia or North Carolina driver’s license. Must obtain a Class A driver’s license with Hazmat endorsement within 6 months of hire.Physical Requirements Ability to climb in and out of the back of a service truck. Must be able to sense sound (detect a pressure leak). Ability to smell propane odorant. Must be able to distinguish colors. Ability to wear required PPE: safety glasses, protective gloves, face shield, hard hat, safety vest, steel-toe boots. Must be able to work in enclosed spaces such as crawl spaces and attics. Ability to frequently lift/carry up to 50 lbs and occasionally up to 100 lbs. Ability to stand constantly, walk frequently, work with hands constantly, and occasionally reach overhead, climb, crawl, squat, kneel, or bend. Ability to frequently push up to 40 lbs and occasionally up to 100 lbs.Work EnvironmentRegularly works in outside weather conditions (heat, cold, wind, rain, etc.).Works in enclosed areas such as crawl spaces and attics at commercial, residential, and agricultural locations.Core Values at Parker Do the Right Thing – Make decisions with integrity and accountability.
