Job Responsibilities:
The Content Review Operations Manager will manage and execute end-to-end medical, legal, and regulatory (MLR) review processes for promotional and medical content within a highly regulated pharmaceutical environment. This role will ensure content moves efficiently, compliantly, and transparently through the review and approval lifecycle while maintaining audit readiness and supporting timely delivery of high-quality content.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-endĀ Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) content reviewĀ processes, ensuring compliance with SOPs, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- DevelopĀ Content Review Operations plans, manage resources, and optimize workflows to support business and product priorities.
- CoordinateĀ submission validation, agenda preparation, review meetings, follow-ups, approval tracking, and material flowĀ throughout the content lifecycle.
- Validate and maintainĀ content metadata, business rules, and modular content standardsĀ across campaigns and enterprise content programs.
- Identify process gaps, risks, and compliance issues while maintainingĀ audit trails, review documentation, and governance records.
- Partner with content owners, agencies, review teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve efficiency, leverage technology, and support timely content approvals.
Required QualificationsĀ
- Bachelorās degree or equivalent experience withĀ 5+ years of cross-functional stakeholder managementexperience.
- 3+ years in content operations, digital asset management, marketing operations, content review/approval, compliance, or governance.
- Hands-on experience withĀ Veeva Vault PromoMats (VVPM)Ā or comparable content management and review/approval platforms.
- Experience inĀ pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or another highly regulated industryĀ with knowledge of compliance requirements.
- Understanding ofĀ medical and marketing content lifecycles, MLR review processes, and regulatory compliance.
- StrongĀ program management, communication, facilitation, process improvement, and stakeholder managementĀ skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
