Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise welding and fabrication crews on job sites and/or in-shop
  • Plan daily operations and assign work to meet deadlines and project goals
  • Ensure all work meets quality standards, specifications, and safety requirements
  • Work hands-on alongside your crew when needed—this is a working foreman role
  • Coordinate with project managers, customers, and internal teams to keep projects on track
  • Train, mentor, and develop team members to improve performance
  • Drive a strong safety culture and ensure OSHA/company compliance
  • Monitor productivity, materials, and job site organization
  • Troubleshoot fabrication, welding, or equipment challenges in real time 


Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience as a Foreman, Supervisor, or Lead in welding/fabrication
  • Strong knowledge of MIG, TIG, Stick, or Flux-Cored welding
  • Ability to read blueprints and drawings
  • Proven experience leading crews and managing field or shop work
  • Hands-on experience with fabrication, installation, or industrial work in the metal industry
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Safety-first mindset


Preferred Qualifications

  • AWS certification or similar credentials
  • OSHA 10/30 certification
  • Experience with rigging, machinery movement, or industrial installation
  • Background in structural steel, manufacturing, or heavy fabrication


Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand, walk, climb, and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Comfortable working in shop or outdoor environments in varying conditions
  • Ability to operate tools, welding equipment, and machinery safely 
  • Combination of shop and field work
  • Physical, active role (lifting, climbing, equipment use)
  • Exposure to industrial conditions and outdoor environments as needed
