As an Associate Specialist, Logistics, you will deliver exceptional service to our customers and drivers before, during and after the call.
What your day-to-day will look like:
路 Monitor and track pickups and deliveries, and notify customers of any deviation from the run schedule
路 Answer incoming driver and customer calls/emails, and take care of their needs
路 Call and get updates from drivers/carriers and input accurate information into the dispatch system
路 Communicate any issues with customers/drivers
路 Monitor and update all Active Run problems
At a minimum, you鈥檒l need:
路 Strong organizational and time management skills, including multitasking and managing customer expectations in a fast-paced environment
路 Basic computer skills
It鈥檇 be great if you also have:
路 Availability to work a flexible schedule, including planned and unplanned overtime, which may include weekends
路 Experience dealing with high phone volume in a deadline-driven environment
路 Strong driver and customer interaction experience
路 Experience with Microsoft Office
路 Excellent phone communication skills
路 Knowledge of the transportation industry
