What You’ll Do The Installation Manager has a variety of duties and responsibilities that include, but are not limited to, the following: Lead the Team: Manage scheduling, assign installers, and oversee the daily operations. Customer Satisfaction: Ensure clients are happy by resolving issues swiftly and maintaining strong relationships. Site Inspections: Regularly inspect job sites to ensure quality and efficiency. Payroll Management: Approve and submit weekly payroll for installers. Recruitment: Onboard new installers to strengthen our team. Operational Excellence: Support achieving customer satisfaction and compliance goals. QualificationsSkills & Experience Excellent Communicator: You know how to listen and lead with clarity.
