The role requires a vigilant and proactive approach to security, ensuring the protection of property and individuals while providing exceptional customer service.Key Responsibilities:- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows, and gates.- Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to maintain security of the premises.- Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances, providing immediate assistance and support as needed.- Write reports of daily activities and irregularities such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.- Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services when required, ensuring a coordinated response to incidents.- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting visitors and ensuring a positive security presence.- Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment.- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on security protocols and procedures.Qualifications: Required Education:- High School diploma or equivalentPreferred Education:- NoneRequired Experience:- 1 year of security experiencePreferred Experience:- 1 year of customer service experienceRequired Skills and Abilities:- Strong observational skills to detect suspicious activities- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and report incidents- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations- Basic knowledge of security protocols and emergency procedures- Physical fitness to perform patrols and respond to incidents- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in using security equipment and technology
