The Team: Sales Operations is a dynamic and highly collaborative team responsible for supporting and enabling sales fulfillment processes across the business. The Sales Support Specialist works closely with sales, finance, order management, product, and operations teams to provide day-to-day support, maintain data integrity, and assist with Salesforce-related activities.

The Impact: The Sales Support Specialist contributes to the effectiveness of the Mobility sales organization by providing timely operational support, maintaining accurate data and processes, assisting with Salesforce activities, and helping resolve sales-related inquiries. This role plays a key part in ensuring a positive experience for internal stakeholders and supporting the successful execution of sales processes.

Responsibilities:
Support day-to-day Salesforce opportunity management activities and assist users with CRM-related questions.Maintain data quality and accuracy within Salesforce and other business systems.Assist in documenting sales processes and identifying opportunities for improvement.Partner with Sales Operations team members to support Salesforce enhancements, testing activities, and user acceptance testing (UAT).Support the development and delivery of Salesforce training materials and onboarding resources.Assist with reporting and analysis to support sales and operational initiatives.Coordinate with Finance and Accounts Receivable teams to help resolve customer billing and payment-related inquiries.Provide backup support for Sales Coordinator activities, including MarketScan and related sales support functions.Assist with centralized operational requests and special projects as assigned.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of sales process issues.
What We’re Looking For:
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related work experience preferred.
2+ years of experience in sales operations, sales support, customer service, business operations, or a related role.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience using Salesforce CRM or other customer relationship management platforms.
Familiarity with reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar data visualization tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work effectively with stakeholders across multiple functions and levels of the organization.
Comfortable learning new systems and business processes.
Demonstrated ability to balance daily operational responsibilities with project-related work.
Ability to identify data discrepancies and recommend process improvements.Â

The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is $67,000 - $101,000. Actual compensation within this range will be determined based on a variety of factors, including geographic location, relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity considerations.
