Maintain an existing loan portfolio of commercial and consumer loans. Develop commercial business in the market area. Meet with applicants to obtain information for loan applications. Review active loans and loan applications to ensure compliance with laws and regulations. Manage and update loan records and send to loan processing for verification. Explain to customers the diverse types of loans and credit options that are available. Approve loans withing specified limits and refer loan applications outside those limits to management for approval.Qualifications Proven work experience in Lending  Understanding of lending procedures and customer service experience Strong understanding of banking laws and regulations Excellent communication and people skills Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
