Rugged Science is seeking a dynamic individual experienced in Human Resources. This person will be responsible for managing the company’s personnel recruiting program, reviewing employee benefits, ensuring compliance with all employment laws and maintenance of the company culture. 

Responsibilities:

· Leads and oversees all human resources operations across the organization

· Coordinate recruitment efforts, hiring processes, and new employee orientation 

· Administers employee benefits programs to include management of benefit providers

· Maintains company training records

· Ensures organizational compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations

· Manages employee relations matters, including investigations, corrective actions, and separation processes

· Maintains accurate and confidential personnel records and HR documentation

· Applies analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex HR issues and support organizational goals

Requirements

  

· Bachelor's degree

· 3-5 years’ experience

· Possesses comprehensive knowledge of human resources principles, policies, and best practices

· Exceptional interpersonal skills

· Organization skills

· Efficiency with Microsoft Office
