We continue to grow every year and are looking for full-time employees to join our team. Position SummaryAs a Lead HVAC Installer, you'll direct crews through HVAC system installations from start to finish, putting your hands-on skills and leadership to work every day. This position offers real stability and a clear next step for someone ready to grow beyond a standard installer role.Key Responsibilities• Lead installation crews in setting up and completing HVAC system installations• Perform installation of HVAC systems, including ductwork, wiring, piping, and equipment• Train, mentor, and support apprentices and technicians to develop technical skills• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project specifications• Conduct system start-ups, testing, and inspections to confirm proper functionality• Maintain documentation of completed work, including job notes and photos, in ServiceTitan• Communicate professionally with customers about installation scope, progress, and outcomes• Delegate daily tasks to keep the crew productive and projects on schedule• Ensure company vehicles, tools, and equipment are properly maintained and used safelyWe Offer• Weekly pay with incentives and bonuses• 401(k) retirement with company match• Holiday pay, vacation pay, & paid time off• Company events & parties• Health benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, & long and short-term disability insuranceQualifications: RequirementsEducation• High school diploma or equivalent required• Technical or trade school training preferredExperience• 4+ years of HVAC installation experience, including at least 1-2 years in a lead or supervisory role• EPA Section 608 certification required; NATE certification strongly preferredLicenses/Certifications• Valid driver's license with clean driving record requiredKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, ductwork, and installation best practices• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents• Proficiency with ServiceTitan or similar field/service management software preferred• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsPhysical Demands and Conditions• Lifting up to 75 lbs, bending, kneeling, climbing ladders, and standing for extended periods• Work performed indoors and outdoors, sometimes in confined spaces or at heightsWork Environment/Travel• Field-based role with daily travel to residential and commercial job sites• May require evening, weekend, or overtime work depending on project schedulesAbility to pass background check and drug screening
