Job DetailsJob Location: 100 LEGENDS BAY DRIVE - SPARKS, NV 89434Position Type: Full TimeJob Shift: AnyJob Category: Casino & GamingThe Relief Pit Supervisor will oversee all activities of the table games department to ensure the efficient operation. They will also act as a Dealer to assist with shift coverage.    Perform all aspects of dealing assigned games while maintaining the highest standards in customer service. Assist in tracking play and game observation. Demonstrate an effective working knowledge of dealing policies and gaming procedures for all games played on property.  Demonstrate good manual dexterity for quick and accurate handling of chips, cards, and money. Always present oneself as a credit to the Legends Bay Casino and encourages others to do the same. Resolve customer complaints / disputes where possible or refer such matters to a supervisor/manager. Ensure the team adheres to the gaming procedures, as set out in the Legends Bay Casino Procedures manual. Oversees the Table Games area. Provide motivation, guidance, and support to Table Games Team Members. QualificationsEducation and Experience: High School Diploma and/or GED. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the gaming industry. Additional Requirements: Must be 21 years of age or older. Respond to common inquiries and/or complaints from guest. Must be able to tolerate areas containing secondary smoke, high noise levels, bright lights, and dust. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be flexible and able to work all shifts any weekend and holiday. Required Work Cards: Must be able to obtain and maintain a Nevada Gaming Card Registration. Machinery, Work Equipment, Programs, Software, Hardware Used: Microsoft Office Programs
