As part of Magna International, Magna Energy Storage Systems Group develops and manufactures innovative fuel tank systems and components for heavy-duty trucks and passenger cars, specializing in plug-in hybrids. Job Responsibilities:
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Perform unloading of trucks/containers and loading of trucks, which requires driving a sit-down forklift and lifting of packages.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Receive incoming shipments and verify quantities against shipping documents, purchase orders, and packing slips.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Maintain FIFO inventory practices and ensure materials are stored in designated locations.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Prepare and load outgoing shipments. Inspect outgoing materials for damage, shortages, or discrepancies and report issues to the appropriate personnel.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Identify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency, material flow, inventory accuracy, and shipping/receiving processes.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Assist with cycle counts, inventory audits, and other warehouse activities as required.
Requirements for Job Holders:
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Previous shipping and receiving experience is preferred.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Proven good understanding of warehousing, inventory management, shipping and receiving procedures are preferred.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Must have strong computer skills in Microsoft package.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Must be Forklift-certified and able to undergo testing.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Must have demonstrated strong organizational skills.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Must be able to distinguish color.
Ability to work on a fixed schedule from 8am to 5pm (Mo-Fr).
