About the Role:

We’re looking for motivated Production Team Members to support our Cylinder Cell operations by producing high-quality parts in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
In this role, you’ll help keep production running efficiently while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities:
- Operate machine tools, equipment, or robotic systems to produce parts to specification
- Read and follow blueprints, job orders, and production instructions
- Perform inspections using measuring tools to ensure quality standards are met
- Identify and separate nonconforming parts
Qualifications:
- Manufacturing or production experience preferred (entry-level candidates welcome)
- Ability to read blueprints and follow work instructions
- Basic math and measurement skills
