Caregiver Responsibilities
As a Personal Caregiver, you will:
- Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Help clients remain safe and independent at home
- Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Provide medication reminders
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Create meaningful relationships with clients and families
Caregiver Requirements
- HCA or CNA certification preferred, but not required
- Willingness to complete paid Caregiver training
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Pass a competency evaluation, drug screening, and nationwide background check
