The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen by ensuring all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized. This role is essential to the smooth operation of our restaurant and requires a strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a busy environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment efficiently

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area

- Assist in the overall cleanliness of the kitchen and dining areas

- Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment

- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely dish availability

- Report any maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions to management

Skills and Qualifications:

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness

- Good communication skills and teamwork

- Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items

- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required
