Frencken America Mechatronics is an experienced Project Manager to lead complex projects within our semiconductor manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong experience managing products with extensive, multi-level Bills of Materials (BOMs), expertise in Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems, and hands-on experience facilitating and maintaining Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA) activities. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, with adherence to ISO9001:2015 quality controls and documentation requirements, including updating project dashboards, trackers, and status reports.
  • Manage multiple, concurrent projects’ progress and performance, providing regular status updates.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, issues and dependencies, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
  • Coordinate and support project meetings by scheduling meetings, preparing agendas and minutes, documenting action items, decisions, and project updates, and following up with team members to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
  • Communicate project status, key updates, and outstanding action items to project teams and stakeholders.
  • Assist with customer Request for Quotation (RFQ), develop and prepare required documentation, such as submittals, bid packages, contracts, invoices, change orders, and other administrative requirements as requested.
  • Provide project support to procurement and production teams as needed.
  • Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management, to ensure project alignment and transparency.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:   

Education and/or Experience:   

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering or related technical discipline.
  • Three (3) years of project management experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of project management principles and terminology.
  • Knowledge of the electrical and mechanical manufacturing processes.
  • Ability to read and understand plans and specifications.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite including Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Experience using Jira, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or similar project management tools.
  • Experience utilizing CAD software
