Installer – HVAC Entry Level Residential New Construction

We are looking for a motivated Entry-Level Residential New Construction HVAC Installer to join the R&R installation team. This position is designed for individuals who are eager to learn the HVAC trade, develop hands-on skills, and grow into a long-term career in the industry. You’ll work alongside experienced installers, learning best practices for safety, quality, and clean craftsmanship while honing your craft.

Key Responsibilities

• Install HVAC systems in new residential homes according to plans and specifications
• Fabricate, measure, and install ductwork and ventilation systems
• Place and set furnaces, air handlers, heat pumps, and air conditioners
• Perform quality checks to ensure clean craftsmanship and proper system performance
• Maintain a clean and safe job site; follow all safety and PPE policies
• Communicate effectively with builders, foremen, and supervisors
• Represent R&R with professionalism and customer-focused service

Qualifications

• Valid EPA Certification
• Washington electrical and Idaho trainee cards
• Gas Mech 1
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs. and work in varying weather conditions.
• Positive attitude and willingness to be a team player
• Understanding of HVAC system components, refrigerant charging, and electrical troubleshooting.
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.

Additional Skills (Preferred but Not Required)

• Nate Certification
• Gas Piping, electrical, or low-voltage experience
• Washington O6A Electrical License 
• Idaho Journeyman
• Ability to read job plans, blueprints, or layout drawings
• Understanding of jobsite safety regulations and requirements
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Familiarity with Service Titan
• Procore knowledge
