This role focuses on troubleshooting issues, performing service calls, and ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and effective solutions.Pay: $32.00 - $34.00 DOEVisit our website for other opportunities: https://www.sturmheating.com  Responsibilities Diagnose and repair residential systems such as internet, cable, satellite, security, HVAC, or smart home devices Respond to service calls and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently Perform maintenance and upgrades on existing systems Test equipment to ensure proper functionality after repairs Educate customers on system use and preventative care Document service calls, repairs, and parts used accurately Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles Follow safety guidelines and company procedures Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a professional appearanceQualifications High school diploma or equivalent (technical training preferred) Previous experience in service, maintenance, or technical repair roles Knowledge of electrical systems, networking, or mechanical systems (depending on industry) Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Ability to pass background Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Effective communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently in the field Time management and organizational skills Comfortable working in various environments (indoors, outdoors, confined spaces, heights) Ability to lift-up to 50 lbs.Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance Vision Insurance Company paid Life Insurance - $15K  Employee discount Paid time off Personal Day Sick time Paid Holidays Traditional 401K + Roth IRA with 4% Employer match Qualifications: 5+ years experience as an HVAC residential service technician. Must have a valid driver license and clean driving history. Able to pass a background and drug screening Competencies Ability to work independently in a timely manner, making sure job is done correctly the first time. Must have excellent organizational skills. Must have good oral and written communications skills. Observe all company procedures and safety rules. Work as part of our team to ensure customer satisfaction. Able to work in a fast-paced environment. Must have basic computer skills and be able to utilize mobile device throughout the work day.
