Future teaching assignments are on a term-by-term basis, which may include fall, spring, and summer. Essential Duties:

Apply design principles across various media and projects
Create and edit digital photography assets
Develop and design websites
Produce 3D animations for visual communication
Plan, produce, and edit video content
Design page layouts for print and digital formats
Develop logos and corporate identities
Design and refine user experiences (UX) and user interfaces (UI)
Utilize Adobe Creative Suite software products to complete design tasks

Rate of pay: $875 per credit hour

This is a 100% in person position, No remote options.

Minimum Qualifications:

A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's degree in Graphic Design or related field is preferred.
Instructional experience at a community college or other post-secondary institution is preferred

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Thorough knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite software
Demonstrated teaching ability is the top priority
Ability to use an on-line platform (such as Canvas or Blackboard), online delivery of instruction, use of technology for instruction, and experience or interest in project-based, service learning, or inquiry-based learning will be given special consideration
