Parts Counterperson

Salary: Based on Experience

Hours: Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm. One late evening 9am-6pm. Rotating Saturdays.

· Assist internal customers at our back counter in determining correct parts needed

· Assist external customers at front counter in determining correct parts needed

· Informs customers of companion part requirements and specials

· Use database to locate or order parts

· Process credit card transactions

· Schedule appointments for install of special-order parts

· Answer phone calls, provide price quotes and other information

· Provide high level of service to internal and external customers

· Maintain organization and a neat work environment

Requirements

· Minimum 1 year experience preferred

· Outstanding customer service and communication skills

· Ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment

· Ability to effectively use a computer, email, and other internet based systems

· Previous experience in a dealership or automotive environment preferred

· High school diploma or equivalent preferred

· Ability to maintain regular attendance

· Valid Driver's license and acceptable driving record

· Must be eligible to work in the United States

· Ability to lift up to 50lbs
