Loan Servicer I

The Loan Servicer I is an entry-level position responsible for supporting daily loan servicing operations, including processing loan transactions, maintaining accurate loan records, and providing professional customer service to borrowers and internal departments. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, has strong communication skills, and enjoys working in a team environment. The Loan Servicer I must be detail oriented and customer focused. A high school diploma or equivalent is required with prior experience in loan servicing, banking, or financial services preferred.

This position reports directly to the Manager, Loan Servicing.
