About the role

Love leading group fitness classes? HealthFitness is hiring Group Fitness Instructors for our Springfield, MA location! This opportunity offers a flexible schedule, making it easy to fit into your routine while doing what you love.

Responsible for providing fun, effective, and safe group exercise to members such as dance, kickboxing, step, boot camp, and circuit.

Minimum Requirements

Current group exercise instructor certification from ACE, AFAA/NASM, ACSM, NETA, NCCPT, or other NCCA nationally accredited specialty class certification required.
Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required.
2+ years group exercise instruction experience strongly preferred.
Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required.

Compensation: $20/hr - $40/hr. Pay is dependent on experience and qualifications.
