What to Expect

As a Tradehome Shoes Visual Merchandiser, you can expect a fast-paced, creative, and detail-driven environment.

This role focuses on store presentation and product displays, helping create a shopping experience that is clean, organized, and visually appealing for customers.

You will play a key role in supporting sales by ensuring products are easy to shop, well-presented, and highlighted effectively.

We provide training from the ground up; shoe knowledge is preferred but not required.

Job Responsibilities

Create and maintain eye-catching product displays

Organize and refresh the sales floor to keep it clean and visually appealing

Highlight new arrivals, key styles, and brand moments

Follow company guidelines for merchandising and product placement

Support shipment flow by getting product floor-ready

Set up sales and promotions

Assist with freight and transfers

Creative Eye: Able to style and arrange products in an appealing way

Self-Starter: Works independently and takes initiative

Organized: Keeps the sales floor clean, full, easy to shop, and follows up with Home Office merchandising team

Team Player: Works well with store leadership and team members

Pay Transparency

Part-Time: $13--$22/Hour*

*Pay based on experience and performance
