Inside Sales Executive

Location: Trivandrum, Kerala

Experience: 1–3 years Experience in inside sales 

Qualification: Bachelor's Degree

Salary: 25,000 to 30,000 Rupees per month

Working Days: 6 Days/Week

Responsibilities

• Make cold calls and follow-ups to generate qualified leads.
  
• Explain solar products, government subsidies, and financing options.
  
• Coordinate with the sales team for lead handover and appointment scheduling.
  
• Achieve targets for calls, qualified leads, appointments, and conversions.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
  
• 1–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Telecalling, CRM, or Business Development.
  
• Freshers with excellent communication and sales skills can apply.
  
• Knowledge of CRM software, MS Excel, and Google Workspace.
  
• Strong communication, negotiation, persuasion, and target-oriented mindset.
