Working pattern: Monday to Friday, 12 midday to 5pm

ABOUT THE ROLE
Support at Home is looking for an organised, dependable and detail-focused Administrator to join our team.
This is a varied role supporting the day-to-day operation of our person-centred home care service. You will provide administrative support to managers and colleagues while maintaining accurate workforce, training, compliance, finance and service-user records.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identifying suitable funding opportunities for staff training and development.
- Preparing, submitting and managing training-funding applications.
- Monitoring application deadlines, outcomes, supporting evidence, claims and payments.
- Keeping ASC-WDS and Skills for Care workforce information accurate and up to date.
- Maintaining the employee training matrix and monitoring training renewal dates.
- Downloading, checking, printing, distributing and filing training certificates.
- Updating Nourish checklists, audit workbooks and PASS information-governance records.
- Processing three-yearly DBS applications.
- Supporting employee onboarding and maintaining staff and service-user records.
- Posting service-user invoices and recording payments.
- Assisting with invoices and receipts in QuickBooks.
- Managing correspondence, office supplies and company mobile-phone records.
Requirements
ABOUT YOU
We are looking for someone who:
- Has previous administrative experience, ideally in health, social care or another regulated environment.
- Is organised and able to manage several priorities and deadlines.
- Has excellent attention to detail.
- Communicates professionally and confidently.
- Understands the importance of confidentiality and accurate record-keeping.
- Is confident using Microsoft Office, including Excel.
- Can work independently while supporting managers and colleagues.
Experience using QuickBooks or similar finance software would be desirable. A relevant administration qualification would also be an advantage.
