Job Details: Job Location: NBR-Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics - NewBritain, CT, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: $65000.00 - $75000.00Salary, Job Category: Health Care, Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics is seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our patient-focused dental practice. You’ll be joining an experienced team in a well-established practice with strong systems and operational support already in place. This role plays a key leadership position within the practice and works closely with providers and leadership to support schedule efficiency, case acceptance, and overall practice performance. Prior experience managing a dental office is required.  Responsibilities  Oversee day-to-day operations of the dental office to ensure an organized, efficient, and patient-centered environment  Lead and support front office and administrative team members while fostering a positive, collaborative team culture  Manage and optimize the provider schedule to support productivity, efficient patient flow, and a positive patient experience  Responsible for insurance verification, billing processes, and patient financial communication to ensure accuracy and clarity  Run and review key practice reports to monitor scheduling efficiency, production, collections, and overall office performance  Review and confirm employee timecards, hours worked, and PTO to ensure accurate payroll submission  Support treatment plan presentation and case acceptance through effective patient communication, financial coordination, and scheduling follow-through  Collaborate closely with providers and leadership to support practice goals, patient satisfaction, and overall office performance  Participate in weekly and monthly meetings to collaborate with leadership and stay aligned on KPI’s  Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management   Full-time Benefits We recognize that taking care of our team is just as important as taking care of our patients.
