Full-Time Groundskeeper at The Arc of the St. Johns, Inc. Are you an experienced groundskeeper who takes pride in a crisp edge and a perfectly manicured lawn? The Arc is seeking a dedicated, reliable, and detail-oriented Full-Time Groundskeeper to take total ownership of our three beautiful main properties!In this role, you won't just be cutting grass—you will actively shape a welcoming, clean, and vibrant environment for our community.What You Will Do: Cut, edge, and trim lawns to professional standards. Keep garden beds immaculate by weeding and mulching. Enhance outdoor spaces by planting flowers and shrubs. Ensure safety and cleanliness by blowing off all walkways and parking lots clear of debris. Safely operate and maintain commercial lawn care machinery.What We Are Looking For: Prior commercial or professional residential lawn maintenance experience. Proficiency with zero-turns, string trimmers, edgers, and blowers. A reliable, self-motivated hard worker who can manage their time efficiently across 3 sites on 1 large property.
