Job Details: Job Location: SNP St Charles - St Charles, MO, Position Type: Full Time, Education Level: High School, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Travel Percentage: Negligible, Job Shift: Day, Job Category: Management, Description:  •             Manages workload throughput•             Invoices Work Orders that involve over-estimates or issues •             Communicate Estimate & Repair status to customers for approval•             Checks in customers for new service work / Send Other new customer info to add to system•             Handles customer calls related to Compact Construction Equipment Service•             Completes Safety Recall Service on Customer Equipment•             Create Work Orders and Assign to Techs •             Drive Workload through promos, advertising and other resources•             Review work orders for completeness before invoicing •             Invoice Work Orders•             Other items involving the Service Office•             Creates & Schedules Work Orders on Internal Equipment for PDI & Trade in Services•             Helps Coordinate Parts Availability for Repair Orders with Various LocationsQualifications: Qualifications:  •             Ability to use standard desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office and John Deere related promotions•             Attention to detail •             Ability to write and speak effectively to individuals and groups •             Excellent customer relationship and communication skills •             A willingness to learn and a drive to succeed •             Assert the professionalism and leadership •             Must have a valid driver’s license•             Highschool diploma or GED equivalent
