The Continuous Improvement Coordinator is responsible for collaborating with functional departments and cross-functional teams to document processes, design methods to determine improvement opportunities, proposing, testing and implementing improvements to those processes to support institutional effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, maintain, and monitor key performance metrics, measurements, methodologies, and performance targets
Establish, document, and maintain standardized processes that support continuous improvement and best business practices
Partner with Production, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Maintenance teams to plan and execute continuous improvement initiatives
Track project milestones, monitor progress, document outcomes, and communicate results and improvements to leadership
Research, analyze, and review operational processes to identify opportunities for increased efficiency and coordinate technology-based solutions where appropriate

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Operations Management, Business, or a related field, or equivalent manufacturing experience
5 years of experience in continuous improvement within aerostructure manufacturing operations, or a related role.
5 years of experience working in an aerospace or other highly regulated manufacturing environment
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis
Excellent communication, facilitation, and project coordination skills
