The Continuous Improvement Coordinator is responsible for collaborating with functional departments and cross-functional teams to document processes, design methods to determine improvement opportunities, proposing, testing and implementing improvements to those processes to support institutional effectiveness.


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, maintain, and monitor key performance metrics, measurements, methodologies, and performance targets
  • Establish, document, and maintain standardized processes that support continuous improvement and best business practices
  • Partner with Production, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Maintenance teams to plan and execute continuous improvement initiatives
  • Track project milestones, monitor progress, document outcomes, and communicate results and improvements to leadership
  • Research, analyze, and review operational processes to identify opportunities for increased efficiency and coordinate technology-based solutions where appropriate


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Operations Management, Business, or a related field, or equivalent manufacturing experience
  • 5 years of experience in continuous improvement within aerostructure manufacturing operations, or a related role. 
  • 5 years of experience working in an aerospace or other highly regulated manufacturing environment
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and project coordination skills
  • Applicant must be a US Person
