Job Details: Job Location: Stingray Rentals St Clairsville OH - St Clairsville, OH, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Travel Percentage: Up to 10%, The Branch Manager is responsible for all aspects of the district business operations including but not limited to safety, operations, revenue, costs, facilities, personnel, profitability through leadership, and management of all equipment.Essential Job Functions and Accountabilities: Uphold and enforce compliance with all company safety policies and procedures. Hire, supervise, and lead operations office staff. Promote ethical behavior in all aspects of the business and lead by example. Achieve financial and service quality goals of the district operations team. Responsible for the personnel, activities, and well service to meet the customer’s needs. Coordinate sales activities with operational activities within the district. Monitor all aspects of business that have a financial impact on the district. Promote and direct compliance with all company policies, procedures, and standards. Resolve conflicts or grievances between employees through the use of corrective or preventive actions. Enhance operational methods and techniques. Communicate effectively to all employees, customers, vendors, and members of the community. Communicate verbally and in writing with proper use of language and grammar. Ability to present job monthly and quarterly results clearly and professionally. Basic to moderate computer skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Supervisory Responsibilities: The Branch Manager is responsible for the supervision of all operations employees.Qualifications: LOCAL CANDIDATES PREFERREDEducational Qualifications: Requires a high school degree or GED. Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Valid Driver's license and a satisfactory driving record. Skills, Training, and Experience Qualifications: The Branch Manager should have a minimum of 6-10 years of progressive experience in Well Service operations. Leadership at the Operations Supervisor/Manager level strongly preferred. This role requires the individual to be able and willing to travel up to 30% of the time to customer sites. Sound decision-making based upon experience, wisdom, ethics, and judgment. Experience leading safety as a way of doing business. General familiarity with applicable OSHA, DOT, Federal Motor Carrier, and Hours of Service regulations with a strong inclination towards compliance. Proven ability to lead within the operations team. Ability to coach and mentor less experience staff. Employs active listening skills. Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills including ability to clearly communicate with employees. Ability to collaborate to find common ground and solve problems. Good verbal presentation skills. Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, squat and handle, or feel components of equipment. The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift or move up to 20 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include normal office and outdoors environment including close up computer work.Work Environment: While generally works in an office environment they may work in what may be considered harsh environments. Exposure to extreme temperatures, wind, precipitation, in addition to working at heights and chemicals may be experienced when working in the field. Must be available 24/7 and is required to be reachable by telephone whenever the need arises. Outside Contacts: This role requires friendliness, along with credibility in maintaining effective relationships with vendors, customers, members of the community, and employees, as well as other affiliated companies, departments or districts.
