Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Journeyman Carpenters for projects located in the Saint Cloud, MN area. This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is $28-30/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:       

• Perform selective demolition of existing drywall, ceilings, flooring, and other building materials
• Identify materials and structural components that should and should not be removed
• Safely work around existing electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and fire protection systems
• Assist with general carpentry and construction tasks during the new buildout
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite
• Follow all project safety requirements and procedures

Requirements

• Journeyman-level carpentry experience
• Previous commercial construction and/or demolition experience
• Ability to identify building materials and understand selective demolition
