CentraCare is seeking an organized, proactive and collaborative Transitional Care Administrative Specialist to join our team beginning in mid-December. In this role, you’ll provide administrative and operational support to leaders and providers across our Transitions of Care Department, helping keep teams connected, schedules organized, meetings productive and day-to-day operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities include:Â
- Manage calendars and coordinate meetings for department leaders and providers.Â
- Coordinate meeting logistics, prepare agendas, take meeting minutes and facilitate follow-up communications.
- Organize department meetings, events, education, CME registration, and travel arrangements.
- Create and maintain presentations, forms, newsletters, reports and department materials.Â
- Support employee orientation, education tracking and performance review processes. Â
- Review Time and Attendance information and make necessary corrections as a payroll auditor.
- Coordinate the ordering, inventory, delivery and setup of office and medical supplies and equipment across the section.
- Assist employees, leaders, providers, customers and volunteers with day-to-day questions and requests.
- Maintain organized office areas and ensure department resources, policies, procedures and equipment information are readily available.

Schedule
- Full-time | 80 hours per two weeksÂ
- Monday - Friday | 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
- This position will primarily work from home with the occasional need to be on site at both our St. Cloud and Waite Park Offices

Pay and Benefits
- Starting pay begins at $23.29 per hour; exact wage determined by years of related experienceÂ
- Pay range: $23.29 - $35.64 per hourÂ

Qualifications
- Post high school office support training with emphasis on computer applications for word processing and data management OR Diploma with emphasis on computer applications for word processing and data managementÂ
- Minimum of 3 years’ general office experienceÂ
- Strong communication and computer skillsÂ
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skillsÂ
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and respond appropriately to a changing work environmentÂ
