Responsibilities:

We have a great team in St. George, UT that works hard, enjoys their jobs, and has FUN together!

Comfortable working independently performing routine nursing procedures
Managing patients care within the home setting
Working in an EMR charting program
Conducting patient assessments and developing individualized care plans
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical history
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure coordinated patient care

Qualifications:

Active Registered Nurse license
Active CPR
Active Driver's License
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated commitment to patient centered care
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
