Cafeteria Assistant Manager

Job Details: Level: Experienced, Job Location: Triumph Foods St Joseph - St Joesph, MO, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Job Shift: A or B shift, Job Category: Restaurant - Food Service, Job DescriptionJob Duties: Oversee 10 - 12 employees on a daily basis including: hiring, training, discipline, and terminations. Prepare weekly menus and recipes to be served to our customers. Follow all Food Safety Protocol. Complete operating functions such as ordering, inventory management, and scheduling. Maintain a positive relationship between VVS and its clients. Complete any other tasks related to the overall operation of a commercial kitchen facility.
