North Rising Star — St. Louis Park, MN | Full-time | On-site
North Rising Star runs in-person retail campaigns for national brands across the Twin Cities. We promote from within, which means we hire people we can train from scratch and develop — not people who already know the job.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Working inside retail locations, representing your campaign’s brand to customers
- Explaining products clearly and handling questions on the spot
- Hitting individual daily and weekly goals, and knowing where you stand against them
- Sitting in on campaign planning as you learn the business side
- Helping train the people who join after you, once you’re confident in the role

- No sales experience necessary; we’ll teach the whole thing
- Full-time availability and reliable transport to the Twin Cities area
The Details
Full-time, W2, on-site in retail locations across the Twin Cities. Weekly base pay with additional performance-based incentives, including commissions.
