What You’ll Do
- Deliver an elevated, memorable dining experience for every guest
- Guide guests through our menu with confidence and genuine hospitality
- Maintain smooth service flow in partnership with bartenders and server assistants
- Uphold Boketto’s service standards, pacing, and table management expectations
- Support teammates and contribute to a positive, high‑performance culture
What We’re Looking For
- Previous serving experience in upscale or high‑volume restaurants
- Strong communication and guest‑engagement skills
- Ability to stay composed and organized during peak service
- A team‑first mindset and willingness to support wherever needed
- Reliability, professionalism, and pride in your craft
Compensation & Environment
- Competitive hourly pay
- An 18% gratuity is added to all checks, ensuring consistent and predictable earnings for the service team
