Evaluates the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers. Coordinates the patient care in conjunction with other departments. Mercy St. Louis Emergency Department
Graduate Nurse Residency – 16‑Week Program
Full-Time • Nights 🌙
7am–7pm | Three 12‑hour shifts
📅 Upcoming Residency Start Dates: June 2027 (still accepting applicants for January 2027 also)

🎓 Qualifications
Education:
• Graduate of an accredited RN program
Licensure:
• Must obtain/maintain a current RN license (state or compact)
• Must meet all state Board of Nursing requirements
Certifications:
• BLS (AHA) required — or completed within 30 days of hire ❤️
