The Evening Operations Coordinator will take on a variety of tasks related to loading and unloading trucks at events, as well as maintaining day-to-day cleanliness of our warehouse facility and fleet. This individual will work with a team to load and unload event trucks on-site as well as maintain rentals and fleet at the warehouse.   This person must be reliable and committed to working in a physically demanding position. This person must also be positive and professional at all times.

  

Essential Responsibilites:

  • Drive box trucks, scanning the QR Depart Code upon departure, to events and assist the service staff on-site unload the truck 
  • Act as lead on assigned shifts, communicating with the service captain and service lead to coordinate timing and logistical details for load in shifts  
  • Return to the events to facilitate load out alongside the service staff 
  • Unload trucks at the warehouse as they return from events  
  • Clean equipment utilizing the methods documented in the cleaning manual (including regular dishwasher use) after it returns from events and put away in the designated locations 
  • Attend the weekly/bi-weekly L10 meetings (frequency dependent upon season)  
  • Interpret and follow the daily query with task assignments and communicate with manager on daily progress 
  • Maintain the cleanliness of all rentals, equipment and the fleet at the warehouse 
  • Complete all black book prep:  
    • Interpret BP packing lists, label each blue rack with a green tag noting date/tag and staging on the BP Dock 
    • Interpret Theresa packing lists, stage in the staging area and/or load the assigned event truck 
    • Interpret Design Studio BEOs and transfer to the staging area or the event truck 
    • Accurately fill out all accountability sheets when pulling packing lists and loading trucks 
  • Complete on call shifts and fill out the on-call log/upload to the on-call teams chat using the BP or Theresa tablet at the end of the on-call shift  
  • Restock the sanitation stations, first aid kits, food safety kits, plate up kits and FOH glowmaster bins on a regular basis 
  • Deliver clean dish to the BP commissary and make warehouse trash runs on a regular basis  
  • Deliver tasting rentals prior to tastings and pick up dirty tasting rentals after tastings 
  • Complete any downtime checklist items when possible 
  • Send daily updates/recaps to the EOD Recap chat to ensure an efficient transition from evening to daytime shift 
  • Support venue event set up.  Venue tasks include:  
    • Interpreting layouts distributed by the sales team to set tables, chairs and linens  
    • Polish flatware for tabletop sets 
    • Set flatware, glassware, napkins and chargers per place setting layouts distributed by the sales team  
    • Assist with folding napkins as needed  
    • Rental/beverage/food drop-offs and pick ups  
    • Par checks after each event (completed during the venue pick-ups) 
  • Reporting any concerns with rental, facilities or vehicle in a timely fashion 
  • Other job-related duties as assigned

Additional Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Current & Valid Driver’s License is required
  • Reliable transportation is required
  • Current & Valid Auto Insurance is required 
  • Ability to safely drive 16-26’ vehicles
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule 
  • Handle fast-paced, high stress environment
  • Good communication skills
  • A satisfactory driving record, as determined by our insurance provider, is required
  • Physically demanding responsibilities - ability to lift heavy loads; ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods of time
  • Display a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
