Talent & Employee Experience:Ā Support core People initiatives, including recruiting, onboarding, talent development,Ā andĀ engagement.Ā
Data & Insights:Ā Analyze workforce, talent, organizational, and operational data toĀ identifyĀ trends, develop insights, and inform recommendations for People and business leaders.Ā
Continuous Improvement:Ā Contribute to projects, reports, presentations, and process improvements that help simplify ways of working and strengthen People team impact across the organization.Ā

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:āÆĀ Ā
Bachelorās degreeĀ required; current university students or recent graduates with a GPA of 3.0 or greater preferred.Ā
Geographical and functional mobilityĀ required; open to future relocation and gaining experience across different People functions and U.S. locations.Ā
Background or interest in Human Resources, Labor/Industrial Relations, Talent Acquisition, or related fields preferredĀ but notĀ required.Ā
Self-motivated, ambitious, and driven to deliver results above expectations in a fast-paced, changing environment.Ā
