JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:   

  • Business Partnership:Ā Partner with People leaders and business stakeholders to understand priorities, support day-to-dayĀ peopleĀ needs, and help execute practical solutions that strengthen team performance.Ā 

  • Talent & Employee Experience:Ā Support core People initiatives, including recruiting, onboarding, talent development,Ā andĀ engagement.Ā 

  • Data & Insights:Ā Analyze workforce, talent, organizational, and operational data toĀ identifyĀ trends, develop insights, and inform recommendations for People and business leaders.Ā 

  • Continuous Improvement:Ā Contribute to projects, reports, presentations, and process improvements that help simplify ways of working and strengthen People team impact across the organization.Ā

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:   

  • Bachelor’s degreeĀ required; current university students or recent graduates with a GPA of 3.0 or greater preferred.Ā 

  • Geographical and functional mobilityĀ required; open to future relocation and gaining experience across different People functions and U.S. locations.Ā 

  • Background or interest in Human Resources, Labor/Industrial Relations, Talent Acquisition, or related fields preferredĀ but notĀ required.Ā 

  • Self-motivated, ambitious, and driven to deliver results above expectations in a fast-paced, changing environment.Ā 

  • Able toĀ operateĀ with a high degree of autonomy, manage multiple priorities, and stay agile through ambiguity, setbacks, and change.Ā 

  • Demonstrates leadership capability throughĀ previousĀ work experience, internships, campus involvement, or extracurricular activities.Ā 

  • Uses data, insights, and curiosity to solve problems, challenge the status quo, andĀ identifyĀ opportunities to improve how work gets done.Ā 

  • BuildsĀ strong relationships,Ā listensĀ actively,Ā seeksĀ diverse perspectives, and can influence stakeholders across levels of the organization.Ā 

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.Ā
