We are seeking a QC Laboratory Aid to join our team. The QC Laboratory Aid will be responsible for processing Certificates of Analysis, supporting lab technicians through ordering and managing testing supplies, and support continuous quality improvement across our QC Labs.


Shift: Monday – Friday (8am – 4pm)


What You’ll Do:

  • Manage the data entry of Raw material samples of supplier CoAs and escalate issues to QC leadership team
  • Manage and order inventory for laboratory testing supplies 
  • Work in interdepartmental teams to provide the highest level of support for our customers 
  • Organize, Maintain, and Audit QC lab testing paperwork 
  • Collaborate with team members to support process improvements

 

What You’ll Bring: 

  • Associate’s or equivalent education in a Technical Degree
  • 2-years of experience working in quality control or quality assurance
  • Experiencing managing multiple small projects and working with a small to mid-size interdepartmental teams
  • Inventory management experience preferred
  • Good communication skills and the ability to develop positive working relationships
  • Experience working in a customer facing role
