Office Work:

- Preparation and review of survey documents of in-house and contract personnel.
- Enter, compute and verify field data and record property information with the aid of CAD work station.
- Prepare construction documents.
- Research and produce sealed survey documents such as Right-of-Way strip maps, easements, legal descriptions and other documents.
- Help solve problems and participate in unusual surveying projects.
- Review office and field work for completeness and accuracy.
- Maintain records and prepare reports.
- Meet with engineers and survey consultants, and in-house personnel to enforce and assure correctness and overall consistency of District documents.
Fieldwork:
Oversee the work and/or serve as a team leader for a field survey party engaged in establishing
property lines, construction staking, topographic and other engineering surveys.
Additional Responsibilities:
Perform related work as required or as delegated by supervisors.
