Job Overview

We are searching for a Sales Support professional to join our team, specializing in providing exceptional assistance to our Team Sales channel and the dealers, teams, schools, clubs, and organizations we serve. This individual will be responsible for day-to-day team sales operations, including supporting Team Sales reps, processing customer orders, fielding customer inquiries, and ensuring seamless communication between Sales, Fulfillment, and key accounts. We are looking for someone who is highly organized with a sense of urgency to serve and support our Team channel partners. Attention to detail (pricing, ordering, delivery dates, customer-specific requirements) and a keen eye for accuracy are critical for this role, particularly when managing national accounts and seasonal order flows. Strong verbal and written skills are necessary to be successful, along with an ability to quickly shift priorities and work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary day-to-day sales support for Team accounts, managing all inbound and outbound communication, including quotes, order support, sizing questions, decoration and customization requests, issue resolution, and follow-up.
  • Assist Team Sales Reps with administrative tasks such as data entry, quote and order entry, filing, and maintaining accurate account records.
  • Manage the customer order lifecycle from quote to delivery, including artwork approvals, order minimums, and production timelines, working closely with Operations and Production to deliver accurate, on-time, complete orders.
  • Proficient product knowledge across the UNRL line, including fabrics, fits, sizing, and decoration options (screen print, embroidery, heat transfer, etc.), to guide customers toward the right solutions.
  • Assist with UNRL customer experiences (trade shows, pop-up experiences, etc.).
  • Analyze customer data to identify critical customer information (buying patterns, order status, accounts receivable, competitive offerings, opportunities, etc.).

  • Stay current on team sports, uniform, and fan-wear trends to better support customers and contribute to sales efforts.
  • Act as the internal advocate for customers, providing clear and actionable Voice of Customer feedback to Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams.
  • Proactively nurture customer relationships to ensure strong partnerships, consistent engagement, and long-term account health.
  • Support the development of sales presentations, proposals, catalogs, and promotional material.



Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or relevant field (or equivalentΒ salesΒ supportΒ experience)                          
  • Β 1+ years of experience inΒ salesΒ support, account management or customer service        
  • Β Knowledge of an experience in the golf industry, preferably with exposure to Green Grass, golf retail, golf shops, golf events, or golf apparel
  • Β Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word) and Google Workspace                              
  • Β Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional and customer-first demeanor                             
  • Β Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, particularly with pricing, SKUs, order entry, and delivery timelines                           
  • Β Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment                              
  • Β Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset                          
  • Β Ability to work cross-functionally withΒ Sales, Fulfillment, Marketing, and Operations teams                         
  • Β Comfortable working independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment                             
  
Preferred Qualifications                           
  • Β Experience in the apparel, footwear, or consumer goods industry                              
  • Β Familiarity with retail/wholesale order cycles, EDI, and B2B customer portals                            
  • Β Experience inΒ supporting fieldΒ salesΒ reps or multi-door retail accounts                            
  • Β Basic understanding of inventory management and allocation processes
