Med Solutions is seeking a Junior Formulator to support product development and quality control activities within a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on role with strong exposure to real manufacturing and formulation, ideal for someone looking to grow in cosmetic development while working closely with production and quality systems.
The Junior Formulator will assist in the development, adjustment, and scaling of cosmetic and OTC formulations under the guidance of the R&D team, while also supporting quality control operations. Responsibilities include preparing and adjusting samples, performing basic testing on raw materials, bulk, and finished goods, collecting and labeling samples, and ensuring accurate data entry and traceability within the ERP system. The role also involves maintaining accurate documentation in accordance with Good Documentation Practices, supporting production with real-time quality verification, and reporting any deviations or inconsistencies.
Candidates should have a degree or background in chemistry, cosmetic science, or a related field, or relevant hands-on experience in formulation or manufacturing. Familiarity with GMP environments is preferred but not required. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, eager to learn formulation, comfortable working in a system-driven environment, and able to follow procedures with consistency and discipline. This role requires strong ownership, organization, and the ability to balance development work with execution in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
