Manage and supervise all nursing staff and daily operations in the Emergency Room
Ensure rapid triage, assessment, and high-quality emergency care for all patients
Organize staff schedules, assignments, and ensure adequate ER coverage
Coordinate with ER doctors, lab, radiology, and other departments for smooth patient flow
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety, and quality standards
Train, evaluate, and mentor ER nurses and handle critical cases

- BSN Degree + Valid License / Colloquium is a must

- Minimum 5+ years experience in ER

- Previous experience as Head Nurse / Charge Nurse is required

- BLS & ACLS certified

- Strong leadership skills
