ER Head Nurse

• Manage and supervise all nursing staff and daily operations in the Emergency Room
  
• Ensure rapid triage, assessment, and high-quality emergency care for all patients
  
• Organize staff schedules, assignments, and ensure adequate ER coverage
  
• Coordinate with ER doctors, lab, radiology, and other departments for smooth patient flow
  
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety, and quality standards
  
• Train, evaluate, and mentor ER nurses and handle critical cases
